By accessing the DairyPass app or website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

DairyPass is a subscription-based daily milk delivery service operating exclusively in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. We provide fresh, farm-direct milk to your doorstep. All pricing is listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and plans are billed on a monthly cycle.

Subscribers can choose their daily volume and delivery frequency. All charges are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You may pause or cancel your subscription through the app, subject to our processing window.

Deliveries are scheduled to arrive before 7:00 AM daily. It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure our delivery team has access to the gate or drop-off point. Missed deliveries due to access issues or restricted sectors are non-refundable. Service is currently limited to verified sectors in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Refunds for partially used months are processed according to our standard refund schedule.

DairyPass is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current month's subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
