Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 1 July 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a DairyPass account, subscribing to a delivery plan, or using our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.
2. The DairyPass Subscription Model
DairyPass operates on a prepaid subscription basis. You select a delivery plan (quantity and frequency), top up your DairyPass Wallet, and deliveries are fulfilled automatically based on your active schedule. There are no lock-in contracts — you may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
3. The DairyPass Wallet
The DairyPass Wallet is a prepaid digital balance linked to your subscriber account. It works as follows:
- Topping Up — You add funds to your Wallet at any time via our supported payment methods: debit card, credit card, JazzCash, or Easypaisa. A minimum top-up of Rs 500 applies.
- Automatic Deductions — Upon confirmation of each successful delivery, the corresponding amount for that delivery is automatically deducted from your Wallet balance. You will receive an SMS notification after each deduction.
- Low Balance Alerts — If your Wallet balance falls below Rs 300, you will receive an SMS alert prompting you to top up. If your balance reaches Rs 0, deliveries will be automatically paused until you add funds.
- Wallet Balance Expiry — Wallet balances do not expire as long as your account remains active. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Deliveries & Pausing Your Subscription
DairyPass delivers fresh milk across your registered sector throughout the day. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery or that an appropriate location (such as a gate cooler box) is available.
If you are traveling or will not be home:
You must pause your subscription through your DairyPass dashboard before your scheduled delivery. Pauses must be set at least 2 hours in advanceof your next scheduled delivery time. If a delivery is dispatched before a pause is recorded in our system, the standard deduction will apply and the delivery cannot be recalled.
DairyPass is not responsible for deliveries that are unattended due to a failure to pause in time. Pausing is available for a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 30 consecutive days per request.
5. Product Quality & Our Quality Guarantee
All milk supplied by DairyPass is pasteurized and tested for quality before dispatch. We work exclusively with certified partner farms and maintain a cold chain from farm to your doorstep.
If you believe your delivered milk is spoiled, off in smell or color, or otherwise does not meet quality standards, you must report the issue within 12 hours of delivery through the DairyPass app or by messaging our support team on WhatsApp. Reports submitted after 12 hours cannot be processed for a refund.
6. Refund Policy
DairyPass operates a wallet-credit refund policy under the following conditions:
- Spoiled or Substandard Product — If a quality complaint is verified by our team within the 12-hour reporting window, the full delivery amount for that day will be credited back to your DairyPass Wallet within 24 hours. No cash refunds are issued for product quality complaints.
- Missed Deliveries (Our Fault) — If our rider fails to deliver on a scheduled delivery day and no delivery was made, the deduction for that day will be automatically reversed to your Wallet within 24 hours.
- Accidental Deductions — If a deduction occurs due to a system error, contact support within 48 hours with your transaction ID. Verified errors will be credited to your Wallet within 2 business days.
- No Cash Refunds — DairyPass does not issue cash or bank transfer refunds for individual deliveries. All eligible refunds are processed exclusively as DairyPass Wallet credits. Wallet balance refunds upon account closure are the sole exception (see Section 3).
7. Account Termination
DairyPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abuse of the refund system, provide false quality complaints, or violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@dairypass.pk.
8. Limitation of Liability
DairyPass's maximum liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our service shall not exceed the total amount credited to your DairyPass Wallet in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or email at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
